This file includes the text and tables of the Atlas.

Because of their size Figure 1 and Figure 3 of the Atlas are available for download separately. The maps are available for download. Due to their size, users may wish to review the text first before choosing those maps that are of interest.

County and City Profiles are available for download. Click on the county or city of interest (it won't be readable at this point since it is in rtf format) and save. Open with any word processing software.
